When I hear the term “persuasive communication”, I conjure the idea of manipulation and insincerity on the consultant's part. Is the consultant truly manipulative and can he make me do something against my will? More

My company has done about ten training courses on communication, but we still have problems. How does a course in strategic communication differ from other courses that have not managed to produce concrete results? More

My team members find it difficult to assume responsibilities and when I am not present, they do not work well. Is it up to them or to me to initiate and do something to make them more reliable and efficient? More
