Vincent Van Gogh – Starry Night - 1889Strategic training can be defined as “teaching to change”. In fact, strategic training concentrates on processes more than on content. It does not, represent a simple re-education process that occurs with the conscious acquiring of tools to be used. Rather, it becomes a true process of change for the people involved. The participants acquire tools that permit them to change their way of operating in the company. During this journey, more importance is given to the applied part of learning, following the methodology of learning by doing. This promotes the transformation of individual learning into acquired skill that can be immediately applied to real situations.
Each training program is centered around the goal of developing communication and relational skills and problem solving . Thus, training moduls are constructed ad hoc by Stand2i lecturers in accordance with the needs of the client and the defined objectives and targets.

In other words, the process begins with experiencing specific communication skills and problem solving, then reflecting on that experience to identify the key concepts and later transfer them to the organizational context. As such, it allows each group participant to develop their own power of observation and awareness of behaviors inside the organization. They can then put into practice what they have learned and transfer it to the work context.
Additionally, Stand2i offers custom-made trainings for companies and organizations. Each corporate program is centered on the objective of developing communication, relational, and problem-solving competences in order to act at all professional levels in a more efficient manner. These corporate formation programs cater to the specific needs of the corporate client and to the objectives established.
Each training project, strives to provide participants the cognitive tools (basic and evolved) inherent to human communication and an understanding of their application in order to
  1. Improve their communication efficiency,
  2. Increase their human resource management capacity and leadership capabilities,
  3. Sharpen their problem solving capacities in relation with their various responsibilities,
  4. Develop their own resources.
