Vincent Van Gogh – Starry Night - 1889This modality is used when one or more managers of the same company ask to be agents of change within their organization.
In the case of a manager who seeks help to become the problem solver of his company, the strategic consultant will guide him along a path on which he will directly solve problems inside the company and in parallel learn the model of strategic interventions. In order to obtain both the solutions to the current problems and to learn the approach, he will simultaneously receive advice and training.

Basically, it is an active method of training that instead of sitting in a classroom and passively receiving information, fosters an active experience with real problems. Using the model, the consultant guides the participants in constructing solutions for specific problems, so that they “learn first hand” and can transfer their knowledge to the working situations.
A top manager can be compared to a high-level sportsman. When the full potentials and capacities have been developed, the only way to further progress is to work on the weak points.
