S3C Consultant is not a specialist of your business specialty, therefore S3C consultant will work with you on the processes, the communication, the objectives, or the problems that you have identified.  The first step will be to define as concretely and measurably as possible what are the problems or the objectives. Then, the consultant will continue his investigations looking more precisely to the attempted solutions that the manager, the team, or the organization has put into practice to solve the problem or to reach the objective and that have failed.

In a second time, the consultant will propose what he believes to be the most accurate intervention to the problem or objectives, knowing that already, and because of the use of Strategic dialogue techniques, the inquiry phase is already an intervention that normally will bring change and new perceptions of the problem or new idea regarding the objectives.  As seen earlier (Interventions Offering), these interventions can take the form of individual coaching, training, organizational consulting or supervision.  This intervention will be specifically designed to the objectives to reach or to the problem to solve.  Whatever is the modality of intervention, it will always include training to communication and problem solving.
